Not every day can be exciting and filled with adventures. Sometimes it is pouring rain and all you want or need to do is get from point A to point B. So come along on a car ride with us. I’ll make it as exciting as it really was. Read into that what you will.

We pass by one of the ‘most photographed’ churches in Norway. Click. Now we have helped that statistic along. There is a livestock delay. The sheep couldn’t have cared less that there was a lineup of motorcycles, cars and vans waiting for them to get off the road.

Tunnels, bridges and construction were the main themes of today’s drive – with a healthy dose of low clouds and rain.

We can’t help but build a bit of heart-pumping action into our day though. Watching the battery in our EV go from having and extra 100km in reserve to having less than 10km was very nerve racking. Luckily, it was a downhill glide into the gas station and we made it with 12km to spare. Phew.

Gas station food for lunch while our car charges then it is one final leg to the hotel.

Norway, you were amazing!
