Two things that seem to go together, bikes and tacos.

The first stop is a sweet one, and I go for the pineapple tart – absolutely amazing.

The next four stops are all about tacos. Bean, potato, Oaxacan beef, brisket & chorizo, pulled pork, and a pork belly Asian fusion one.

Best one for me was the pulled pork, with the brisket/chorizo coming in a close second.

Now, my bike needs special mentioning too. I’ve never been on anything quite like it. First let me say, almost everything worked…kind of. You peddled and the bike went forward, turned the handlebars and it turned. I even had a bell.
Unexpectedly, sometimes the seat turned with the handlebars, no matter how many times I tightened and adjusted the seat.

The kickstand was best while it was up, it didn’t work nearly as well deployed.
The biggest entertainment were the brakes. These are best described somewhere between soft and imaginary. I had to really plan ahead. On your left!!
I never even tried to change gears, I didn’t dare. Yet another adventure!
