With all the hiking we’ve been doing, our legs have been complaining and our arms have been feeling left out. Today we changed that.

A kayaking tour through the fjords was the perfect switch up for us. Our guide was from England so we made sure to congratulate him on last night’s win in the World Cup.
The waters were calm, the sky was moody, and the temperature was perfect – well, perfect as long as you are dressed up in 6 layers.

There is something magical about being out on the water like this. It was so peaceful paddling by the majestic mountains and wondering which ones we are likely NOT going to hike up. (That would be almost ALL of them!)

A great day for us, and once again, the weather held off for us. We stayed dry.
Our legs have thanked us for the day of rest, but our arms, lats and obliques may be regretting the excursion tomorrow. For now though, we are enjoying the change of pace.
