82km, a ferry ride, and 8 hours later we are at our destination for tonight, Hotel Kullaberg. Quite the charming seaside hotel with all of the obligatory plush lounge chairs and sailboats decorating the place under glass.
How did we get here? Well, it all started at 7am with a good breakfast so we can be ready to go for 8am and the adventure for the day.

Fortunately for us is a holiday today in Denmark so the roads aren’t too busy for us to navigate out of Copenhagen. I couldn’t imagine doing this with the crush of rush-hour. This might be a bike friendly city, but they do expect that you know what you’re doing!
Soon we are out of the city and into the countryside. Of course there’s a castle out here that one of the Danish kings used for his recreation and hunting. Soon the parks are behind us and next up for us – an old guy with old car show!

Then literally the fastest ferry ever! 20 minutes?! We barely had time to open our bags to get our sandwich out before we docked in Sweden. Wow

We don’t have any photos of our first Swedish city as it was absolute chaos here with young men and women wearing captain hats, blowing whistles and celebrating. Wtf have we run into? Turns out – high school graduation

Once we got away and into a smaller community we did get to witness a parade of the graduates complete with DJ.
